3.     Select your primary audience to whom you plan to target with this PSA- moms who gave birth. The PSA should be specific to the target audience.

4.     Based on your research, what message do they need to hear?

5.     Make video:

6.     Once you have recorded your video you can use the free apps listed below to put the PSA together (you can use the video you recorded as well as still images, PowerPoints slides, pictures, music, text, etc).

7.     I strongly encourage either sound such as music or using voiceover. Think of how many commercials you have seen with no sound- none. It’s awkward. Preferable music should be use for the sound.
