Background: The economic recession of 2007/2008 accelerated the move by companies away from in-person training towards web-based delivery methods. While previously reluctant and dissatisfied with the limitations of online delivery, technology made a substantial jump forward that enabled the development of more complex and interactive training, and the increase in bandwidth speed for the first time made it feasible and affordable to deliver live video streams to enhance the learner’s experience.

Instructions: Choose a topic from the list below.  Produce a 10-minute instructional training module using MS Powerpoint (generally 10-12 slides, not including the title or divider slides). Additionally, produce a 1-page summary of the content to be covered; save and submit as a pdf. A recording session has been set up for each student in the Adobe Connect link on the left-hand menu in Blackboard.  When ready, login (at your convenience) and record your training module using a webcam for video and audio.

Deliverable: Submit the following in the assignment drop box by the due date:  PPT slide deck; 1-page summary in pdf format; and include the link to your recorded training lecture in Adobe Connect.
