It is specifically designed for you to reflect and describe what you have noticed about yourself. How has the material changed your leadership approach or your sense of yourself? How has the material helped you understand your actions and behavior (both past and current)? How are you applying the concepts?

General Guidelines:

1. Double-space type in 12 point Arial font.

2. Follow the APA Manual, 5th Edition for style and citation guidelines.  

3. Use inclusive language (that means avoiding the exclusive use of gender-specific pronouns except when referring specifically to a woman and man) in your writing.

4. The quality of written work should be reflected not only in the quality of content but in the form: correct grammar and spelling, as well as sentence and paragraph structure.

5. Collect your thoughts/ideas/questions/reflections as you read the texts and participate in the classroom discussions and activities. Keeping notes in the form of a journal or diary is an excellent tool to facilitate the actual writing of your reflection paper.
