It is no doubt that men and women differ in how they lead. Women tend to utilize a more participatory style of leading while men use command and control style. According to Radu et al. (2017), women are characterized by feminine features such as the use of intuition in making decisions, ensure a good work-life balance, and love social responsibility. This means that women are better equipped for motivation due to their energy and enthusiasm. On the other hand, men are better at innovation, utilization of strategy by seeing the bigger picture, and tend to keep emotions on check. Besides, women love communication, getting feedback from teams, and setting high goals. For men, they are mostly open to new ideas and willing to take risks. They are also better at building knowledge with the use of past experiences.
