Using your current employment as a model, develop a step-by-step guideline for team building. Use information gathered in the debate discussion to assist in determining the advantages and disadvantages of the various team types available. You might find that your workplace would benefit from more than one team type. If that is the case, choose the type you consider to be more important. In addition to your guideline, determine which tools and techniques will be used and expected of the teams and team leaders within the organization. Apply your knowledge of leadership methods and develop a plan for improving team performance within the workplace.
