Group Project Group Project Two teams of approximately 3 members each will be assigned an industry sector (see below). Each team will create a fictional company in the sector assigned and prepare a strategic plan which should include: and industry analysis, economic overview, company structure, marketing plan and financial analysis that explains your vision for success. Both teams within the same industry will present their business plans to the class on the same day and a winning business will be determined by the class. The entire class, including the opposing team, will be expected to ask questions and find shortcomings in each presentation. The losing team will receive an 'F'. Each analysis should include each of the elements of a proper case study, including: historical analysis, market overview, economic climate, mitigating technologies, managerial techniques, competitive advantages, financial requirements and projections going forward. A PowerPoint presentation will be presented to the class and a printed copy will be submitted to the professor in advance.
