Create a 12 pages page paper that discusses trends in male stardom: contemporary types of masculinity. Masculinity and femininity are socially constructed rather than biologically constructed. At the same time, these things have relationships with both socially-defined and biologically-created factors. People are using these concepts in order to segregate male characteristics from female characteristics. It should be noted that males and females are physically different even though they may have similar elements of mental power and abilities. In other words, the body shape, strength, and overall appearances of males and females are entirely different. The body of the males is stronger than that of the females normally. Because of the stronger body power, and abilities, the looks, and appearances of the males are different from that of females. In order to segregate the male characteristics from female characteristic, society has formulated concepts such as masculinity and femininity.

The concepts about masculinity and femininity are changing day by day because of the rapid changes that are taking place in the lifestyles, life attitudes, and life philosophies of the people. The audience or viewers will never accept a hero with feminine nature performing risky activities. As per modern trends, if a hero performs a villainous activity, viewers may accept it. Such things were unacceptable to the people in the past. Because of the changes that are taking place in the concepts about male stardom, the concepts about masculinity are also changing.
