There are 2 pieces of this module: the logic model and the paper that explains the logic model. The paper you submitted (Program Design.doc) can be considered your logic model. Even though it is not in the format with the boxes and arrows, it discusses each component of the logic model. Now you need to thoroughly discuss each component in a 1-2 page paper, explaining the information you provided in the logic model.
