Slide 1: Student Name- Title of the cultural community • Slide 2: Description • Slide 3 & 4: History • Slide 5: Language (s) • Slide 6: Beliefs & Values • Slide 7: Specific Practices o Clothing o Arts & Crafts o Housing- Architect • Slide 8: Educational Trends • Slide 9: Professional Trends • Slide 10: Identify bias in assessment and diagnosis within the system • Slide 11: Identify Clinician’s internal biases • Slide 12: Identify the steps clinicians need to take towards becoming culturally competent for working with this population • Slide 13: Identify treatment recommendations and interventions that are culturally based on this population. • Slide 14: References (Minimum of two references)
