Thus the first soldier arrives at the very beginning of her shift.  Their respective service times to be vaccinated in minutes are:

Calculate the minimum and maximum queue length for this period, the total queue time (total time spent in queue for all soldiers), the average waiting time in queue, the total idle time for the nurse, and the resource utilization for the nurse. Show all your work.
