1. Build a calendar for your chosen project at week 1. Refer to section 3.7 of Chapter 3 of the textbook, Getting Started with Microsoft Project 2016, and the project chosen in Week 1 for your final project. This section tells you where MS Project is presented in the text and what some of the program's core capabilities are.

            Do it in writing using the temple in Excel attached here.  Briefly summarize the process of creating a milestone calendar. (pp.72-74, Understanding).

Final project work week 2

Choose a type of organizational structure for your project and explain why you chose it.

List your project team members and provide a brief description of their roles in the project.

List and provide a brief description of the involved "stakeholders" of the project. Classify them as internal or external.

This week we will continue to work on the final project.

Using the Gantt Chart and Work Breakdown Structure (EDT) as a reference, you must design a Network Chart for your final project where you must highlight all the tasks to be performed in the project from its start to the end of the project (use a minimum of 5 activities and two routes).

This will be the network diagram of your final project. 

1. You must create and include the table of immediate activities, days, and predecessors. Using the table, create the schedule network of the final project. Then, using the forward and backward pass method, calculate the start and end of activities and display all routes over the network. Shows how long each route will take. Identifies the critical path. Display the schedule in a Network diagram that shows critical, non-critical, and your total fleet (slack).

Identify project risks.

Remember to submit as an annex to the weekly task.
