Project Assignment 2: Organizational Structure (individual) 10 points This assignment should be at least 7 pages and at most 10 pages (including the organizational graphic with explanation and list of references), 1.5 spacing and 12 font. You need a cover sheet or front matter consistent with the template. Determine the best organizational structure for the project team (Segway project). 1. In Innoslate using an asset diagram, create an organizational chart with supporting textual information describing the relationships, roles, and responsibilities of the key team members. 2. Identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities the team members for the different roles will need. 3. Allocate staff to WBS (you can do this in Innoslate too) 4. Create a linear responsibility chart (see Kerzner section 5.3) The organizational plan at this point is a draft plan that you will likely modify as you determine schedule and resource requirements later in the project. Remember that the project team will likely come from the installation organizations.
