A construction firm you work for has just won a contract to build a R250-million student residential facility in Taung, North West province. The facility will include 100 rooms and a 500-seater entertainment hall. The residence will also boast single rooms as well as sharing rooms, gym facilities and fully licensed student bar and kitchen. Suppose you are the newly appointed project manager of the company and you have just been informed to lead and manage this new project.
