Compose a summary reflecting on the various new concepts you have gained during this course week. The weekly summary must be a minimum of 150 words in length.

1. Watch "Lesson on Birds" and "A Lesson on Fractions" from Pearson Media.

2. Assume the role of the teacher in both videos and complete the Video Reflection Chart.

3. Write a 350-word summary that:

• Explains the importance of reflection in teaching
• Describes how to use reflection to improve decision making
• Identifies how reflection would guide a revision of instruction in the "Lesson on Birds" and "A Lesson on Fractions" videos

 

3. Develop a lesson plan using the topic you selected in Week 2.
