Smoking is generally the negative externality that releases negative effects on the people and the surrounded area. There could be ways in which smoking exerts a positive externality. For example: as all know, smoking leads to cancer, and the government tries to provide this knowledge to everybody. If a person gets sick due to smoking, other people will get a lesson from it and stop smoking. In this way, smoking could exert positive externality.

Obesity is the cause of having too much junk food in eating habits due to which so many health problems arise in the human body. Obesity also leads to damage heart and brain functions, which are a big problem. Most of the young generation has fatty foods in their meals, which will lower the efficiency of the young generation, which further harms the future of the country. So, fatty foods should be regulated so that people will eat healthy food and have a healthy mind and heart, which will be good for a country as a whole.
