Describe the following operations management decisions that must be taken at BA Garage

Human resource: adequate human resource should be recruited in the garage. There should not be overstaffing. Skilled as well as talented employees should be recruited by human resource managers so that work is done with greater efficiency.

Scheduling: scheduling of the products must be done beforehand. The product that has highest demand should be scheduled first and the product that consumer much of manufacturing time should be scheduled first.

Quality: quality must be tested at various levels. In garage, quality of repairing done my workers must be supervised by a manager. Auto parts used in repairing should be of best quality.

Forecasting: forecasting is done in order to prevent future irrelevance. An organization must be fully aware of the demand and supply constraints in the future. Forecasting is crucial process for business and human resource, scheduling, quality checks are all based on forecasting.

Inventory control: overstocking and understocking of inventory must be avoided. Inventory should be kept according to the demand of the given services. In garage, overstocking of auto parts may consume extra space and will affect the area for production activities.
