Please complete all 5 of these score sheets using the ECERS Subscales and the ECERS Observation Videos

Directions: You can click on the small boxes on the score sheet and it will put an X in the box.  You can also type right into the Notes: section or any area where you have to answer a specific question.  Once you have filled out a sheet, save it.  Once you have finished all 5 score sheets and they are all saved. Use the SUBMIT button to upload them.

Each  score sheet  is worth 10 points
