Choose a company that recently undergone a reshaping.  Why, when, how did it occur?  What are the forces driving reshaping across the corporate landscape?
-What are shared services?  Should shared services be contracted or even sold outside of the organization?  Provide an example of a company that has shared services and discuss whether it has been contracted out or sold. What are the pros and cons of being open to external clients and vendors?
-Select a business that you believe is good at customer management.  What are the core competencies of the organization?
