a. What actions are required using the hierarchy of control
b. Who is taking responsibility
c. Time lines
d. Monitoring processes
e. Communication to relevant parties
Can you please explain how can I outline a. the documentation required for the risk management plan and b. how you will implement and monitor your plan.
