Hfr Strain 1: Between markers phe and arg as the first gene to enter the F- strain is arg indicating the integration of F factor between phe and arg markers.

Hfr Strain 2: Between markers thy and mal as the first gene to enter the F- strain is mal indicating the integration of F factor between thy and mal markers.

Hfr Strain 3: Between markers phe and arg as the first gene to enter the F- strain is phe followed by his indicating the integration of F factor between phe and arg markers in reverse orientation.

Hfr Strain 4: Between markers try and his as the first gene to enter the F- strain is his indicating the integration of F factor between try and his markers.
