1. What is the most difficult aspect of developing group cohesion?
Group cohesion is an over powering phenomenon, as it can persuade the group member to think like the rest of the group, partly because of being convinced that the group must be right in its opinion, and partly because it maintains the membership in the group.

2. In the process of division of a work plan, does equitable always imply equal loads? Explain your answer.
In Industrial Organizational Psychology, a very important topic is the distribution of labor for employees, given their individual job descriptions. It is not always purely non-bureaucratic anywhere therefore, always, equitability may not be possible or even feasible given the job demands of various positions within an organization.

3. How do individuals maintain their individuality while fully participating in the group process?
Each member of a group has the individual responsibility, ideally, to make informed decisions and through appropriate reasoning in a given matter, try to convince other members of the group to make a collective decision which is based on well founded reasons and is fair.
