Write a 1200-word report evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of one of the approaches to leadership as practice described in Block 3 (leadership for social change). Your focus should be on the strengths and weaknesses of putting this approach into practice and you can draw on examples the Leadership Challenge or from your wider experience. The report must include the following:

1. a brief description of the approach you chose and why you chose it
2. your assessment of the strengths of the approach when put into practice, illustrating these strengths with examples
3. your assessment of the weaknesses of the approach when put into practice, illustrating these weaknesses with examples
4. your ideas of what other leadership approaches  might complement this approach or address its weaknesses.

Your report must also have a statement concluding whether you consider the strengths outweigh the weaknesses of the approach or whether the weaknesses outweigh the strengths.
