Critique your employer organisation's technology management practices from an Industry 4.0 characteristics perspective. Keep in mind that the world now finds itself in the Industry 4.0 economy where: 
1. Organisational Dynamic Capabilities have become profoundly important, and 2. Disruptive Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) cause organisations to undergo serious transformation and change towards becoming technology enabled Virtual Dynamic Leaming Organisations (VDLOs). 
Based on the abovementioned critique, what would you conclude and recommend to remedy the situation? 
Motivate your assertions utilising explicit- and tacit knowledge gained from your [earnings and experience. Note that 'critique' means to review and analyse the situation critically. 
IMPORTANT TIP: 
The following sequential steps should be followed in your critique and finding a remedy for the problems and causes identified: 
1. Provide a short background to your employer organisation and its technology management practices. (Paragraph 1.0) 
2. Do a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to better understand the situation under scrutiny.
