- Section 2: develop and draw the mind map of your personal development plan (PDP) in five years from now. In this case: identify your personal

competence as package of skills, knowledge and values. Identify and assess the different elements that enhance your self-awareness and selfmanagement, wich support self-confidence and efficacy. (extension: 700-1000 words)

• Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

• Text alignment: Justified.

• The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.
