Assignment 5: Complete Written Strategic Plan

Submit your final plan here integrating the three previous sections plus.  Submit the first draft by the due date and then the final revision by the end of the term.

To present you plan to your board you will need a formal cover letter stating then who you are and the purpose of the plan. Then why it is important for them to support your plan and what should be their next steps in support of the plan.

Following the cover letter and cover sheet should be your table of contents then an executive summary that contains the critical factors, including the most important factors from your environmental scan, recommended strategy (corporate and business level) resources needed to implement the plan and their costs. Followed by expected outcomes – indicating their return on the investment.

Once you finish your executive summary, you should include the body of the plan (the environmental scan, the implementation plan, and the strategic audit including milestones, costs, budgets, and ROI for a five to ten year period), appendices and a bibliography.
