For this assignment, you are going to create an action plan for yourself related to the performance of physical language. For this assignment, answer the following questions. You may do this in narrative form, or you may simply answer each question.

1. In one concise sentence, state your goal for your own physical language. Your goal should include both what you would like to do and for what purpose. Try to choose something that includes multiple aspects of physical language. For example:

a. | would like to appear more confident in my interactions with my colleagues at work so that my ideas will be given more weight and consideration.

There are two chapters from Cuddy and a discussion that asks you to unpack your experience with last week's assignment as well.
