If you were a leader of any organization or institution, what are the attributes of a leader who are also a critical thinker that you wish to have? Explain AT LEAST 3 attributes of a critical thinker that you think are crucial for you to possess in order for you to carry out the leader’s duties. In addition, as a creative leader, how would you use any creative thinking strategies in making important decisions? Provide 1 scenario and justify your answers.

Example of scenario:

Your worker always comes to work late. He has problems clocking in on time, as outlined by the company. The problem persists for months. How are you going to creatively deal with this issue? You could use six thinking hats (any of the hats) to deal with this problem to make sure your workers will work effectively and his attendance performance could improve.
