Each student is required to choose an IT role/job/position (this can be your dream IT job within the next few years after graduation) and describe what is it that they really do at work, what do they work on, how do they do it, who do they work with, and how their performance can be measured? Students are required to use standards and frameworks like ITIL to make a sense of how the framework plays a role in that position.
