Topic: Building Relationships with Customers and Partners   

There are lots of creative examples of organizations engaging their customers. Find an example and consider the following questions: 

• What do you think the organization’s objective was? 
• Who are their customers? 
• Why did they choose to engage their customers in this way? 
• What lessons can you take away from this example?

The purpose of this assignment is to learn more about pm methodologies. You will pick one of the following methods to research.

• Kanban
• Lean (LN)
• Dynamic System Development Model, (DSDM)
• Adaptive software development (ASD)
• Agile Unified Process (AUP)

You will research the method chosen and create a short presentation answering the questions below. After you have completed this step you will present your findings to the with a five-minute PowerPoint presentation recorded and sent to us.

1. What industry is this process most commonly used in?
2. Who’s on the team and what is the normal length of the project?
3. What are the steps in the process?
4. What are some positives and negatives of this process?
