Discussion: What Are Your Strengths?

Identify the skills needed to run a successful consulting business. Reflect on the skills you currently have and which ones you need to work on. Then, ask at least two other individuals who know you well (friends, family, or co-workers) which ones they believe you have and which ones you need to work on. How does you own assessment differ from those who know you well?
