Your initial narrated PowerPoint will provide an overview of your company’s organizational structure (My company is Korean Air) and SWOT analysis. You will also select one financial metric to analyze from the list provided in the text. You may incorporate this financial metric as the basis of one your areas in the SWOT. Again, you will need to refer to Form 10-K for this assignment. You will specifically need to consider company financial statements. Compare your findings with text reading and note connections. Prepare a 2 to 5 minute summary of your findings. The briefing must include the following:

1. Provide an overview of company structure. Highlight the key positions and any insights you might find into the Board of Directors.
2. Perform a SWOT Analysis. Strengths- This is an internal-to-the-business consideration. Weaknesses- This is an internal-to-the-business consideration. Opportunities- This is an external factor. What are some opportunities outside of the organization that should be considered? Threats- This is an external factor. What are some threats to my company? Could it be a competitor? Could it be the economy?
3. Return to your company financial statements and perform at least one of the listed ratios/metric used to measure business activity. Report this in your presentation.
