It is assumed that if drivers are paid higher, more drivers could be hired to alleviate the problem of the supply chain. However, some say that may not be the case. That raising drivers’ pay may not resolve the Driver Shortage Issues. The question is, if raising the pay does not work, how can organizations get their drivers back on the road?
