You are required to visit a Garage (filling station), e.g. Caltex, during two separate periods of the day, before lunchtime and after lunchtime on the same day. On Scenario 1, observe cars demanding service between 09H00 and 12H00. Then, on Scenario 2. observe cars requiring service between 14H00 and 17H00. Both scenarios must be observed on the same day of your choice. 
Write a complete report on each of the two queueing systems (or scenarios), based on your observation of at least 20 cars for each queueing system. The report should include among other things, the queueing discipline. key performance measures, Kendall-Lee notation, behaviour of customers and any other important characteristics and assumptions. Your conclusion must make a comparison of the two scenarios.
