Specific deliverables include:

challenges/objectives that are not directly related to Human

Resource activities. Examples include: increasing market share,

improving customer service and retention, global expansion, etc.

2) Proposed Human Resource initiatives to address the

challenges/objectives identified in #1. The proposal should include

resources needed (human capital, financial, etc.) for implementation

of the initiatives. *Financial considerations can be an approximation.

3) An evaluation plan that will address the proposed actions identified

in #2 and should include both quantitative and qualitative measures.
