Evaluating organizational culture is an art and a science. By assessing cultural elements, decision makers can identify what is possible, what is acceptable, and what must change to support strategic, tactical, and operational decisions.

Using the material on culture and the elements defined in the following image, Example of an Evaluation Model for Organizational Culture, answer the following:

• Define the organization. Use a current workplace or a past workplace. Provide an explanation of the organization context.

• Complete an organizational evaluation using the Example of an Evaluation Model for Organizational Culture. Then, add additional evaluation elements to the evaluation and provide a rationale for why you have chosen to add elements to the evaluation. How does this evaluation help you clarify the organization’s risk tolerance level?
