What aspects of culture should be given consideration in the health care industry?

Today, health care has become more specialized with more options and choice. I think we will agree that one of the most important agents of change has been health insurance and payment systems. Just to take this a step further, as far as the underinsured and uninsured are concerned, we should consider the added dilemma of ethnic groups.
