Produce a TOWS chart based on your SFAS in section 1, and include it in this section of your paper.  Brainstorm possible actions that could strengthen the company.  Be sure to include the factors you stated needed to be addressed in the SFAS.  Refer to the factors you are addressing, what actions the company could take using these factors, and what you would expect to happen if each suggestion was implemented.  You are not going into the details of implementation, or selecting any options at this point.  It is not necessary to fill out all four squares, but make as many suggestions as possible to increase the number of options to choose from for your final plan in your implementation section.
