Ethical behavior within organizations is an extremely important issue today, and it's becoming increasingly more important to stakeholders as major ethical breaches significantly damage reputations and business results.  Increasing globalization is also making this issue more difficult to understand and manage.  From both a training and employee development point of view, do you think that people can be trained by organizations to be ethical? Why or why not?  Do you think students can be taught to be ethical in a university College of Business before they begin their careers?  Why or why not?
