Topic: Evaluate Techniques for Coping with Job Stress
The first paragraph (last sentence) should introduce the topic (topic sentence) and describe what the paper is going to discuss, such as "In this mini-paper, the following will be elaborated on: (a) state the first area that you will discuss; (b) the second; and (c) third here and so on." (Note: In APA format, when there is a list, letters are used, not numbers.) Then, the body of the paper elaborates on each item that was mentioned in paragraph one. The second paragraph should discuss the first area (a), the third paragraph should discuss the second area (b), and so on. The last paragraph should begin with: "In conclusion," OR "In summary." This allows us the reader to know the end is near and that this paragraph will give a quick closing and review of the paper.

Each paper must have at least 2 references. In-text citation is required.

Work related stress can be debilitating to both the physical and the psychological well-being of the work force members. When people have stressful work environment or they leave home stressed, feeling negative and in a negative mood, they will encounter small challenges and they can become difficult obstacles for them.

The two experts from the Institute for Performance Advancement in Manhattan, in the Healthology web presentation, clearly stated many factors which can lead to stressful work situations or are an outcome of stressful work situations. Demands, related to work-related prioritizing, organizational and logistical efficiency is only going to be manageable when the person is aware of the personal flexibility as well as the demands, reasonable or unreasonable of those with whom one has to work. One major explanation that was given as to why stress takes hold of the individual, is when people are too rigid in their routines, or self-places expectations of others or their own selves. Individual differences were acknowledged as a fact but it was suggested by the experts that people should get involved in distressing activities which can revive their energy to work again. It was aptly described that it is the way one thinks about one's work. interpersonal relations at work were also identified as one of the major reasons for stress at work, that even lingers when the people are physically not at their work place. Another aspect of work related stress is that the individuals bring work home with themselves, and the constant monotony of it, leads to exhaustion. What are the several ways in which work related stress can be managed? In order to manage work related stress, experts suggested that people should have a solution-oriented approach and that if it is a difficult boss or volume of work, they should handle such hurdles as one problem at a time. Weekend recreation was identified as one of the most beneficial ways in which people can refresh themselves. Also, keeping a balance between work and family life, as well as personal interests was emphasized. Better rest and regular sleep also helps alleviate high levels of stress, as the body demands rest as well as proper nutrition. Being relaxed in the work place is essential so that the individual is able to do her/his work without feeling self-conscious. The idea is to walk away from negative internal and external energy and take control of the situation by communicating well. experts also said that expecting people to change is not realistic and sometimes making a change to be more adaptable is much better to preserve one's personal health and maintain a decent level of work performance in a presentable way.

In summary, the experts discussed in detail the causes, symptoms, multifarious aspects at work and in personal lives of the work force members, and then the recommendations to improve the work related challenges.
