The vice president of Operations is concerned about the proposed approach of using Agile. In this information paper, you will describe the differences between Agile and waterfall. You will highlight the impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile.   • Explain Agile’s impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile.
