Feedback:  you need to clearly mention the levels of water pollution in Kenya .. what percentage of drinking water is contaminated. .. the focus needs to be on Kenya in Abstract and Intro. 

Osiemo: describe the entire systematic review, you simply discussed one study from the review.

See specific comments regarding each study in text. The review is generic, limited information available regarding the participants, location and data collection process. Results are too brief. Articles need to be reviewed in-depth.
