An operating budget is the annual budget the company creates for particular functional/sub functional categories, departments, and other accounts. It involves an estimated total value of the resources that are required to perform the various operations.

With this in mind, create an operating budget for the Strategic Management Plan. So far we looked at marketing, human resources, and operations/supply chain management. Include several subcategories for each department involved. For example, one department would be Human Resources and some subcategories may include Training and Development as well as New Employee Orientation.
