Choose an organization (for-profit company or a non-profit organization) and identify two strategic decision-making challenges it faces.

- Choose ONE of the problems you identified above and write an analysis essay with possible suggestions about what to do about it in view of your pre-course reading materials.

- Some possible strategic decisions may relate to (but not limited to) pricing of products, market-entry & exit, R&D, strategic partnerships, product development, vertical or horizontal integration, market positioning, competitor identification & analysis, the impact of Covid-19, the impact of digital transformation, company reorganization, incentive schemes, sustainability & climate change challenges, the impact of the changes in the macroeconomic environment, regulation, etc.

-Your analysis should provide a brief company background, describe the problem (with some company & industry history on it), relate it to the concepts covered in pre-course readings, and your suggestions for possible approaches to tackle with it. Please make sure to have more than one suggestion and discuss the pros & cons of each alternative. You should also indicate your prefered solution to the problem.
