Globalization Topic ------- must be related to the subject 16 pages ( not including bibliography / appendices) Essay form ( but sub-headings are also fine, if not encouraged) Based on students own development of topic related to big theme of globalization, but so long aligns within one ( or more, if it )of these course thematic contexts:   Mobilities ( capacity of people and things to move about and make other things move) Digital analogue ( globalization happens digitally but also via material / analogue structures, and this relationality is an important one for current contexts that are resistant to globalization) Global disjuncture ( researching globalization as incomplete, relational, uneven and unfinished and therefore sometimes classing or not fitting together) Glocal ( globalization is always relationally established, and constituted by expression and articulation in global or transitional relation
