Management

This assignment is a culminating project meant to build on the work you have done throughout the course. For this final assignment, you will present your final training and development lesson on the HR topic you selected. Using PowerPoint or another presentation software (e.g. Prezi) you will develop a presentation based on the work you have done on assignments in the previous weeks. In addition to developing the presentation you must also create and submit the training evaluation you would administer to participants in an actual training setting. Then, using Kaltura (Links to an external site.)or another appropriate video and/or screencast tool you must record yourself explaining the training as if you were seeking approval from an executive team. You have creative freedom in how you design your training program; however, it must align with what you have learned about training design and delivery in this course. The key components that the presentation must include are: Demonstrated evidence that you researched the HR-related topic Including a list of references and resources (this can be on a slide at the end, a separate document, or included in the participant guide) Prepared/written material you are presenting (i.e., presentation, participant guide, evaluation) Audio and visual recording of you reviewing the training plan and why it is needed (refer back to your needs analysis) Remember the 5 W's of a needs analysis The presentation must have a logical flow to it (introduction, content, application, and closing) Be 10 minutes in duration (+/- 1 minute) as executive teams do not have a lot of time to spare Be creative Remember, you are seeking approval to offer this training, so you need to put on your best appearance and convince the executive team that you have a solid training plan.
