I - Instructions: Each of the students prepares a work program, the delivery date will be on or before April 11, 2021 (after that date the work will not be accepted). In her department she has a staff of 19 nurses and can make use of the bank of nurses who work the peridium shift (see both attached designs). You must follow the following criteria.

II - To carry out the work program, consider the month of April 2021.

III - Staff Personnel: use the program design for staff personnel.

A - Important aspects to consider.

1. Maximum 4 shifts 11 - 7, minimum 3

2. Maximum 8 shifts 3-11

3. The other shifts will be 7-3

4. The weekends are two worked and 1 free (one of the weekends that is not coming off guard). When it's just one weekend, do your best to make it free clean (not leaving shift 3 - 11 and never leaving duty).

5. Evaluate if the month of January has holidays and grant the holiday to the staff.

  ---holidays:  January 1 – New Year’s. January 6- 3 – Three King’s Day. January 18—Martin Luther king.

6. Give birthday date (limit 1)

7. You have one (1) sick nurse with a 5-day medical certificate.

8. Take into consideration that it is the norm of the labor department that the personnel subordinate after 5 days of work corresponds to two days off and that after 8 hours of work has 16 hours of rest.

9. Do not forget the nurse bank to complete shifts (use the program of the Perdium staff).

10. For each criterion mentioned here that is not met, two points will be deducted from the work.

11. Meet the deadline - April 11, 2021.
