So for my project, my business is having a luxury brand called (Zaria Foster) which is my name and the gap in the market I am trying to tackle is having representation of plus-size women as well as incorporating inclusivity and diversity and being able to have accessible extended sizing beyond a size 12 and size 14 compared to other luxury brands. This is part 4 of my project, so I am going to need assistance and here is the criteria that my professor is looking for: Learning Outcomes After completing this part of the project, you will be able to: report findings and key insights gathered through speaking with five potential customers test your hypotheses about customer segments and develop your target customer segment review and revise your Business Model Canvas develop your preliminary Value Proposition Canvas based on the shifts in your thinking resulting from testing your hypotheses about customer segments. Procedure Speak with five potential customers to test your hypotheses about customer segments, and generate findings. Create a PDF presentation that includes the following (your presentation must follow the order that is listed below): Cover Slide: Provide your name, the working title of your project, and the date. **Value Proposition Canvas: Preliminary customer profile—jobs, pains, and gains. One Canvas per customer segment (max 3) Customer Journey Map: Anytime frame that is helpful. Show emotion and thoughts. Influencer Map: Use an onion diagram to show the primary, secondary, and tertiary influencers on a customer segment. Hypothesis-Experiments-Results-Change: Talk to 5 people described by your customer segments. Use the test card format. The customer journey map and influencer map has to be done I just skipped over it cause I was trying to start on the Hypothesis slide. Also, if you can make the presentation visually nice as well that would be great and try to be detailed as possible! I haven't had time to work on this project due to my hectic schedule and I'm struggling in the class right now, so having some assistance would be much appreciated!
