In the next assignment, you will find, document and annotate secondary sources. In this assignment, you will prepare some primary research material, items for an interview or a questionnaire.

As the list from Alred et al shows, you have lots of primary research options. Certainly, first-hand experience and direct observation can be used powerfully in your report, but here you will focus on interviews and questionnaires. You can choose to do both for your report, but in this assignment, you will need to prepare just one (indicate which in your posting). Answer the following briefly:

• Whom do you plan to interview or to take the questionnaire?
• What information do you want to elicit from him/her/them?
• How do you think that information will be useful for your research?
• List a minimum of five interview questions or eight questionnaire items.
