Team In-Progress Review (Team) 20 points Each team will develop the outline of their project plan. 1. Describe the concept for your design, who the stakeholders are, and how you will engage the stakeholders to ensure your approach meets their needs. 2. Present your work breakdown structure, mapping system requirements and key deliverables. 3. Include an initial schedule that lists control gates along with interim deliverables planned to be reviewed at those gates. 4. Consider the key issues in the project, how those will be addressed, and how you will be able to know you are on track for success. 5. List who is on your Segway project team with their roles, responsibilities and relationships described. (Not your SI3400 team but the project team) This is a presentation (not more than 25 slides, excluding back-up) to be presented to the instructor and the rest of the class as a recording. The presentation should be 20 minutes for each team. Post the presentation file, one per team, to the Assignments link in Sakai. In addition, post a copy of the MS PowerPoint file via Sakai’s Discussion Forum. You only need to provide one presentation per team and title the presentation with the team name. Do NOT look at other teams’ presentation until your team posts their recordings.
