You need a cover sheet or front matter consistent with the template. You can assume the you (PM), the scheduler and budget roles, and security force liaison are available before the project start date to plan. You will do updated planning during the project after the start date. 1. Using MSProject, draft a schedule for your project. Include all high-level WBS elements; the details should focus on the first few weeks of the project. However, you need to provide enough details to provide confidence that you scheduled the important tasks to accomplish the project objective. You should be able to communicate your modification strategy for the Segways and identify predecessor tasks. 2. Identify how long each task is estimated to take, the activities on the critical path, and how much slack or float each activity has. 3. Using a timeline diagram in Innoslate, identify milestones or control gates you think are necessary in addition to the top level WBS tasks. Describe entrance and exit criteria along with who makes the decision. 4. Ensure you include a Gantt chart of the entire project, views of the critical path tasks and a PERT/CPM or other network schedule. The network from MS project should be the modification/production/realization tasks to create the 6 modified Segways.
